I crawled in bed at 4:50 AM Saturday morning.

Tonight: The Spazmatics.
Got a group of 10 people together to go see these crazy people sing tonight. This will be my 4th time seeing this group in three different cities in Texas.

We've been planning this for a month, now, and it is supposed to be raining all day off and on. This is an outdoor venue, too. Hope it doesn't rain out. I sat next to this guy on the plane on the way from Odessa to Dallas. He lives in Odessa. He comes to Dallas a lot for work and I will be going to Odessa a lot for work. We're going to be each other's drinking buddies.

I get to go home this afternoon. Woohoo. Odessa, TX is a horrible place to be. Looks like I'll be back every other week for the next six weeks.
I am thankful I have a job that pays me well and allows my husband to stay home with my son. On the flip side, I get to travel to all sorts of (not-so) interesting places and meet all kinds of (not-so) interesting people and be exposed to lots of (not-so) interesting cultures...

OMG. There really are no words that can properly describe what the last six days of my life have been like. None.
My friend ended up getting sick at the hotel so we only got to hang out for an hour on Sunday.
I worked between 14 and 20 hours EVERY SINGLE NIGHT that I was in Austin.
When I came home last night, I loved on my family, had a sandwich and a cold beer, then went to bed and slept for 13 hours.
