For those of you who have been reading my blog, I wanted to let you know that I will no longer be using CK for anything other than recording my weekly weigh-in's. And, following some of your blogs.

I firmly believe that you become like the company you keep. Even e-company can have a significant impact on your life. The social part of CK is beginning to have a negative impact on my life and the calorie counting is no longer useful.

I just returned from Dallas. Two people I am fond of have now moved on. I will (and already do) miss them.

CK is a very useful tool that has helped me lose almost 70 lbs. And I have come to know a few amazing women along the way.

And I will end it with that.

Lost almost 4 lbs this week. Measurements didn't change at all.

The run this morning eff'n sucked because it felt like the deepest depths of hell outside. I hate, loathe, dispise and dislike running in the heat. :@ing HATE HATE HATE it!!!
