32 minutes, 5 laps (2.10 miles). Decided that there is nothing in the world inherently wrong with walking up the steep hills. =D I was able to run longer since I didn't put myself near cardiac arrest running up the hills! LOL.

I probably could have gotten in a 6th lap, but I whimped out!

I am very much looking forward to the weight training this morning!!!!!!

Also, no change in my measurements this week. :( Wassup with that? I can't wait to get to the gym to weigh myself. ...

Running every 12 hours is no good for me. It isn't enough time for my body to recover and it is hard putting "your all" into it if you know you will be doing it again in 12 hours...I feel all over the place and every workout is not my best. I won't build edurance like that. It only took me two weeks to figure that out. :$

So, no run this morning. I will run tomorrow and I will push myself as hard as I can push myself. One of the other runners in my office and I were chatting ...

23 Minutes, 4 laps (1.64 miles). I MADE IT UP THAT :@ING HILL! Twice, even. =D

It is so hot and slimy outside...

I am ready for it to be Friday.

Tonight is gym night. I plan to run 4.5 MPH for 50 minutes. When I start my training in two weeks, I am going to switch to weight training at the gym and my cardio will be my marathon training. I haven't done much in the weight training department since leaving Houston. I miss it. So, the plan will be to follow my training sc...

25 Minutes, 4 laps (1.68 Mi). Those hills are mine by the end of the week! Had to walk the last half of the last lap, though. :( Looks like it is 4 laps again, tomorrow.

You know, getting up to run at 5AM really isn't too bad. I'm kind of liking it. However, going to bed at 9:30PM is taking some adjustment. I like to stay up at night. But, I like feeling rested more. =D
