I hate the dumb@sses that manufacture bras. It appears as though women who have ta ta's larger than a 40D do not nurse their babies. Either that or they walk around braless.

5 days old today! This is what I call the "milk coma" --->
We took the baby out for a walk in her stroller yesterday since it was really nice out. That was also the first thing resembling exercise I have done since around May, I think, because of all the bed rest and problems with plantar fasciitis in my foot. Wow, what a totally crazy and unexpected labor! The good stuff: Leah Nicole Lawlor was born at 7:20 pm on Friday weighing 8 lbs. 10 oz., 21 in. long and 14 in. head.

I've *got* to get my head "in the game!" I told Prince Charming this morning that I hope the induction attempt fails tomorrow. After all, I technically have until Tuesday until I reach that post-mature status. I believe that the mind is a powerful thing and I really need to get that whole mind-body-universe connection thingy going before 9:30 tomorrow morning!!!

So it seems like I was a little premature in my excitement yesterday over not having to worry about induction.

It seems that no matter how healthy mom and baby are, delivering a post-mature baby at a birth center with a midwife is prohibited by state laws.

My midwife explained that my two choices were to consider their version of an induction at the end of the week, or be forced to deliver in a hospital and my care will have to be transferred to an obstetrician, who will immediately insist ...
