Anyone got a sledgehammer to put me outta my misery? I suffer from migraines, and if someone would just clock me one about my left temple, I'd feel so much better. I'd be dead... but better.

In other news, my oldest kiddo is down on her 3rd day with what might be strep. Trying to take vitamins and stay away from her. Last time I got sick my officers told me I sounded like a troll on the dispatch radio. I see the humour now, not then.

Finally - it's snowing again. I let the dogs out about midnight and the world was soft and quiet as the flakes gently drifted down and blanketed the ground. That's when snow is great.

Kate will live - doc said it's a bad ear/sinus infection. At least it's not strep!!! YEAH!!! I am rather happy about that, can you tell???

Time to clean house (which burns calories!) That's how I look at cleaning house now... it's not work, it's exercise!!!
