I'm at work (at 4am) watching officers chase down drunk people who are disturbing the peace by trying to break into relatives houses, others hitting people with sledgehammers, and others doing drugs. Just another beautiful morning in the city. And yes, this is a normal night. Not too bad...

While keeping my boys safe out there, I'm shopping for a new wedding band/ring. After nearly 14 years, the mounting disintegrated and I lost the stone for a few hours. I was sad. Found the stone. Happy again. Stone cannot be remounted. Frustrated. Shopping. Therapeutic.

Well, time to send my guys on another break in... Ciao!




Okay... I didn't want to exercise today. Did not. No how, no way. I did it anyway. Only feel better mentally... totally tired physically. Now, I am going back to bed.
