Gonna go workout today in a little bit. I feel so much better when I do... will help make up for the large quantities of crap I have been eating lately. Why??? I don't know. I have been really hungry lately though. I try to get enough protein and whatnot, but that's still not helping. Ok, I am doing so much better on diet and exercise, so why then did I consume 2 bags of peanut M&M's and a Dr. Pepper last night???? Oh heck - I know why... no sleep.However, I suppose I need to learn that sleep has no substitute.
