Ok, I am doing so much better on diet and exercise, so why then did I consume 2 bags of peanut M&M's and a Dr. Pepper last night???? Oh heck - I know why... no sleep.However, I suppose I need to learn that sleep has no substitute.

Looks like I'll have to spend an extra 45 minutes doing cardio today at the gym... wow - that means like a 2 hour workout. oh well. price I pay.
Maybe a nap before then??? Prolly the best idea.

Well, I slept. And I slept. And I slept. 9am - 9pm. Whoo hoo... almost feeling decent again. Now where to burn off all those calories I haven't a clue.
