This is my first entry into a BLOG. I've never done this before. I joined CalorieKing in April and for a while, I lost weight. Recording everything I ate really seemed to help me manage my food. On January 4, 2006, I joined a gym. I weighed in at 270.4. Today, I weighed my self, and I am 243.8. I've been in this range since September. My goal weight is 135. Yesterday, was my first day back to CalorieKing in over a month. I am turning over a new leaf and getting back in the program.
