Another day of dieting and thinking about how many calories I will consume and how many calories I will expend. I really want to lose 20 pounds before Christmas. The weekdays, I do well, but on the weekends. . . I eat out too much and eat too much fat. I seem to gain everything back from 5 days of dieting and exercise. I need to do something that will keep me on track on the weekends, but I'm just not sure what that would be.
