Ok, I'm heading into the weekend. It took me a week to get to this weight and my goal is to either maintain or lose a smidge more. I would like to be in the 230's before the end of this month. I know I can do it. I need to be committed to entering in everything I eat. I have a session with my training on Saturday. . . that should help. I just really, really, really, really need to watch and RECORD every morsel. If I go to a movie, I will need to avoid the popcorn, if I go out to eat, I'll need to be mindful of what I eat. FOOD, FOOD, FOOD! Why is it when you are dieting, it is the all consuming thought?
