Well, Thanksgiving is just 2 days away. I did well this weekend. I could have done better, but instead of gaining all my weight, I only added a pound.
My plan for the next couple of days. . . record everything, exercise, drink water, and be aware of what I eat and how much I eat.
So far, today, I've been good with my selection and portions of food.
On Thanksgiving, I plan to eat only 1/2 cup of the things that are my danger foods . . . I plan to put a lot of green stuff (and not the greenbean casserole) on my plate, then the turkey, then the cranberry. Then the 1/2 cup stuff will be the stuffing, yams, potatoes, etc. I am going to stay a distance from the snacks. I am going to eat eggs for breakfast to keep help me not eat too much. I usually do not have a lot of problems with sweets. My goal is to enjoy my family more than the food.
