I love meatloaf and yesterday I had some. . . . more than some, I had a lot. It was yummy, but now I have to work at getting the meatloaf off. I am up 1.5 pounds from yesterday. My hands are swollen, so maybe half a pound is water weight. My sugars were up this morning too. . . 130. So, today, I will eat my yogurt and cheese for breakfast, clementines for a snack, and talipia for lunch, and a grilled chicken breast, salad, and greenbeans for dinner.

I should workout, but I'm not really in the mood. My healspurs are killing me. I still have to finish decorating the house and I need to clean off my desk and pay a few bills before I go out of town this Saturday. Maybe I will go home early today and give myself an extra hour at home to get some stuff done. That may motivate me to workout.

I did have a pedometer, as of yesterday. It is either broken or I need to replace the battery. Thank you for the encouragement. It really helps. :hi:

:hi: Thank you for your thoughts and prayers! :love: ~~~~~~~~~ You can do just a bit of a workout. Have you thought about getting a pedometer? That really helped me to move more while I was losing weight because I hated exercising. :)
