I've made it through 2 holidays and I still at the same weight I was as last week. I've been up and back down through the holidays. This morning when I stepped on the scale, I was at 244. Not bad considering that I've been eating sweets and salty foods.I did get some new clothes for Christmas. I was excited to try them on. I was happy that they all fit and that some of them were a little big. But some of them will have to go back. Wrong color, wrong style, or they just do not look g...

Well, I no longer am feeling blah. . . I am back on track with my diet. I just need to get back on track with exercise. I sooooo much to do with Christmas on its way. My mother is flying in tomorrow. My house still needs a good scrub (needs to be Operating Room clean for my mom). I still have shopping to do and my family dinner still needs to be planned. It might be helpful if I know exactly how many people will be coming. 13 folks for sure, but there may be another 4-5 folks out there....

I am feeling blah. I do not want to exercise. I do not want to record my food. I do not want to do much of anything, even work. I went to the doctor yesterday and he added another blood pressure medication to my regime. I have not lost any real weight in a while. This is probably the reason for the blah.I have an appointment with my trainer today. But I do not want to go. I know I should, but I just don't feel like it. My favorite show, Survivor, is on tonight. I'm not even excit...

Back in the Saddle. . . .I'm back to work, I'm back to dieting, I'm back to working out. I've been gone for over a week and today I weighed in. . . I've gained (not too much of a surprise). I was hoping to maintain. I know some of it is water weight, my hands are swollen. But some of it are the fast food places that I stopped to eat along the way.
Now I face today's Christmas party and there are a few more down the road. Tomorrow, I have a lunch meeting and a wedding to attend....

San Diego has to be the nicest city. The weather here is great! It is so very nice to be back in my home town.We went down to Horton's Plaza and had a nice lunch at Nordstroms. The weather was great. The shopping was fun. Hardly any traffic.
We went to some model homes. That was really nice. Too bad I can not afford 1.6 million dollar home. But it was nice to look.
I did a lot of walking today, at Horton's Plaza, the model homes. Time for dinner and to relax a bit....
