Well, another Monday. There are 52 of them in a year. Every Monday, I usually start out with a great attitude of doing great. The good thing about this Monday is that last weekend I did well with my eating. Even though we ate out, I did not over do it. My son went out and got some KFC snackers. I had ONE. and only ONE.
Because I did well with my eating this weekend, I'm not starting out having to lose the weight that I gained over the weekend. That's such a bonus! How many Mondays do I start this again because the weekend was a food frenzy? Too many!
Soooo. . . . I'm still on track. I've scheduled my exercise for the week. I've created a goal of eating healthier. Tonight, after working out, I'll go to the store for some healthy snacks. I'm a big snacker and I need to eat healthier snacks (at least less salty ones). I can say no to desserts, but salt. . . .I just can't seem to get enough of it.
