Yesterday, I mapped out my plan. Three things to follow this week. The bad news is that yesterday, I ate out twice :bang:, but the good news is that is was pretty good with my selections :y: The only thing I could have done better with my selections would have been to have had a salad instead of the clam chowder soup.

The other bad news :n:, I was going to work out. But between ordering the window treatments, getting the carpets clean, helping my son find his old cell phone number, and going furniture shopping, I was exhausted. That's why we ate out. We left the furniture store at 8:00. Went to the Texas Roadhouse and had dinner. I think I could have skipped dinner, I was so tired. But thankfully, I was not super hungry, which really helped when I went to order.

Now, I need to make up the exercise. . . hmmm. . . getting my haircut at 4:00, then dinner at friend's home. Maybe, if its not too late, I can get in a 30 min walk at the gym. It's either that or a 60 minute workout on Wednesday. Oh, I have an idea! I can walk for 20 minutes at work today and work while I eat my lunch at my desk! :thumbu2: :teeth2:

I did bring my snack for today, so that's a good thing. :y:

I'm still motivated, I still feel good, I can do this! :thumbu2:

Way to go Cynthia...if it were me, I'd just say "oh well" and skip today's exercise, at least you are already adding it to tomorrows if you don't get to it today! :y:
