View CWCEBMEY's food & exercise for this day
I do not know how many times I have started this process. It is sticking to the process that is so difficult. Every day, I start out with good intentions (well, almost every day). Get up, eat breakfast, eat lunch, workout, eat dinner. . . . The concept of eating less than your body needs to lose weight isn't rocket science. I am always amazed at how someone will write a book and make lots of $$$ selling their diet or their exercise video.
I have a lot of things to keep me motivated, but I am not using those things.
So, if I'm not using the things I need to use to stay motivated or on track, then I need to find something new to stay on track.
Today, so far, I've done well. It is time for lunch and I've planned for that. I am planning on going to the gym. I'm actually looking forward to it.
I still have my goal of losing 25 pounds by Christmas. . . . but since I've gained, I'll need to lose more than 25. . . now it is 30. But I can still do it.
I think I'm going to look for my skinny picture and scan it and put it on the refridgerator and on my monitor at work, and in my bathroom mirror. Maybe that will help keep me focused.

I know that you can and will do what you put your mind to.
