It's the weekend and it looks like we have a storm coming in. My husband and I are supposed to go out to dinner with some friends. We'll probably have sushi. But with the wind blowing and it is still cold outside, maybe we'll have dinner at home and make something like shepherd's pie or chicken and noodles. Comfort food is the best when the weather is stormy. Comfort food makes you feel warm and cozy and that's just the way you want to feel when you are inside and the storm is outside.

I'll have to watch the drinking if we have dinner at home. Two weeks ago, we had this couple over for dinner and the 4 of us went through 5 bottles of wine. Each bottle seemed to taste better than the last bottle. All those glasses put me way over my calorie target for the day.

I need to get my computer room cleaned and organized this weekend. I need to pay some bills. This little room of mine has paperwork all over the desk, shelves, and floor. My son and I were looking for his social security card. It took a couple of days to find it. Now it is going to take a couple of days to get this place back in shape. Too bad cleaning up and getting this room in shape can't be like my body. Wouldn't it be great to just concentrate over a weekend and have your body cleaned up and back in shape?
