Well, I can honestly say that I'm am still committed to losing weight. This weekend, Saturday was harder to hit my burn calorie target. Sunday, I was able to go to the gym, rake a bunch of leaves up in the back yard, finish the housework, and get the laundry done. If the weather is nice, I'm happy to go outside and get some fresh air and do something to burn calories, pull weeds, rake leaves, whatever. But if teh weather is raining or their is snow on the ground, I'm going to have to think about ways to stay active.

Another thing that made this weekend better was that my daughter was not working. She works every other weekend at the hospital. Next weekend is the big U of U versus BYU football game. I am a Ute fan. I will have stuff to do to stay active for the next weekend. Then it is Thanksgiving.

I weighed myself this morning. . . drumroll. . . . 243. . . . only 2 more pounds to go before I reach my Thanksgiving goal.

And this Wednesday, is the one week weigh in with the trainer. Then I'll be able to see if I've lost half as much weight as my husband.

I'm excited. I'm getting closer to both of those goals. . .

Exercise is key to losing weight.

Exercise is key to managing stress in my life.
Exercise is key to my well being.

Sounds like you will make your Thanksgiving goal. So what is your indoor activity going to be for the bad weather days? Hope you will reach your goal of 1/2 as much weight loss as your husband. That will REALLY be a feather in your cap!
