I did not want to go to the gym this morning. But I made myself. 9 minutes into my routine, I wanted to quit, but I kept on the elliptical until I met my goal of 30 minutes. I actually went for 31 minutes. Now, I feel great. I feel awake. I feel energized. I'm glad I worked out.Tuesday, June 2nd 2009
I have not had any candy today! I have only eaten what is on my food plan. I still need to make the plan out for the rest of the week. Those were the good things. The one thing I could have done better at was to get out of bed sooner than I did. I was awake before the alarm went off. And when the alarm went off, I stayed in bed for 30 minutes. I could have used that 30 minutes to workout for 1 hour instead of the 30 minutes. Tomorrow, I'll do better.Monday, June 1st 2009
I have just stayed the same in my weight for about the past 3 months. . . . I need to remotivate myself and lose this weight. The good news is that I have not gained the weight back. But I have been exercising on a regular basis. But, I'm going to be honest. My exercise regime has been weak. I haven't been pushing myself. Some of it is laziness and some of it is physical pain. My right foot, calf, and knee have been hurting.
