I have not had any candy today! I have only eaten what is on my food plan. I still need to make the plan out for the rest of the week. Those were the good things. The one thing I could have done better at was to get out of bed sooner than I did. I was awake before the alarm went off. And when the alarm went off, I stayed in bed for 30 minutes. I could have used that 30 minutes to workout for 1 hour instead of the 30 minutes. Tomorrow, I'll do better.
