I did not want to go to the gym this morning. But I made myself. 9 minutes into my routine, I wanted to quit, but I kept on the elliptical until I met my goal of 30 minutes. I actually went for 31 minutes. Now, I feel great. I feel awake. I feel energized. I'm glad I worked out.

I have not stayed with my meal plan today. I came to work with my breakfast and lunch. I took my blood sugar. . . 94. . . excellent. I then began with my apple. I was going to eat 2 pieces of toast and my yogurt, but one of my colleagues brought in some chili relanos. . . MEXICAN FOOD!!!! I could not resist. So I rationalized my decision to switch my 80 calorie yogurt for the MEXICAN FOOD! Fortunately, my colleague gave me recipe and it is mostly low fat cottage cheese.

My goal of losing 10 pounds this month is still attainable. The above meal plan deviation wasn't the worst mistake. I still have the rest of the day to stick to my meal plan. . .
