It's Monday, and what do people do on a Monday. . . turn over a new leaf, start a diet, workout, begin again. . . and that is what I am doing. . . beginnig again.

I am setting a goal for myself. I want to get below 200 before Christmas. I should be able to do this. Correction. . . I will do this.

There will be challenges. There are always challenges. Currently, my kitchen is being remodeled making it difficult to cook at home. Eating out every night isn't a good thing. But hopefully, by the end of this week, my kitchen sink will be in place and I can begin to cook. Until then, my goal will be to stay within my calorie target.

My second goal will be to workout every day. I haven't worked out yet, so I will be going to the gym tonight. I'm not fond of working out in the evening. I'd much rather workout in the morning, but that didn't happen. Working out will help with the eating out.
