So I'm starting to see some movement on the scale. It is gradually going down. I'm feeling better about exercising and I'm feeling more in control of what I eat. I still find myself wanting to snack. I've given up sweets for Lent and that leaves SALT. I just want to munch.

Munch . . .
But, I'm telling myself no. I do not have much to munch on in my office (good thing). And when I'm at home, I keep myself occupied with farming on Facebook. It seems to be doing the trick in avoiding the mindless snacking. I'm just wondering how long can this desire to mindlessly snack go on?
