Today's message to myself. . . No Excuses! Just Do It.
I did exercise for 32 minutes on the treadmill this morning. While dinner is cooking or after dinner, I will go downstairs for another 30 minutes.

Exercise for 60 min
Make healthy choices in food selections
Plan out this week's menu
