Remember all those Rocky movies and that theme song? Well that is what was going through my head when I went to work out this morning. So I thought, why not let that be my motivator today.
I did not meet all my goals yesterday. I did not exercise last night.
But overall, I really enjoyed yesterday.
Today's Goals:
Stick to the menu plan.
Exercise 30 minutes.
Avoid or portion control of food at the wedding tonight.
Exercise is key to losing weight.
Exercise is key to managing my diabetes.
Exercise is key to managing stress in my life.
Exercise is key to my well being.
Exercise is key to being successful.
