I did my goals yesterday. . . walked 30 minutes and set my alarm clock on the other side of the room. I could have done without the homemade oatmeal cookies that my daughter made me for my birthday. Clearly, that put me over my calorie target.Monday, September 19th 2011
Another Monday and another day to start over. . . AGAIN. I am finding it very difficult to exercise and it has to do with motivation. About 3 weeks ago, I took the dog for my run-walk (more walking than running). Part of the route is side walk, but the middle of the route is a dirt path. I take the dirt path with the thought of improving my balance. As luck would have it, I took a hard fall and banged myself up pretty good. . . so much for improving my balance! After that, it took a while ...
