I was very tired yesterday and today I'm tired too.I was supposed to workout yesterday, but I had to go to the mall to buy my father-in-law a gift for his birthday. It is on the chilly side, but looking outside my window, it is blue skies and sun!!!! No smog, no storm, no white flakes. Yesterday, I kept thinking about Spring. I can't wait for my lilacs to bloom, but that is several months away.Life has been good and I am still motivated to lose this weight. I went to the gym yesterday. I didn't want to, but I made myself. I haven't been feeling all that well. I was sick last week. Today was the first day that my stomach did not hurt after eating. I went out to lunch with a friend and had Mexican food (my favorite). I was very full after the late lunch. So full, that when I got home, I just changed my clothes and worked out.Working out suppresses my appetite. After a while, I did eat a little bit more.

Yesterday, we had a big snow storm. And for the next few days we will have a snow storm every other day. I like to look at the snow, I like to watch it snow, I like how quite it is when it snows. I grew up in San Diego and the only time I remember seeing it snow there was when I was 5. Making snow men, snow tunnels, snow angels, or having a snow ball fight isn't something I've experienced. Today I gave blood. Working in compliance, I have learned that we have made our lives more complicated to avoid risks.
