Planning

Wednesday, September 19th 2007

I've planned out my work day, my exercise, my meals, and just about anything else that I can think of. Things go smoother when I plan this stuff out. But it is sometimes hard to stick to your plans. :cross2: For example, tomorrow for dinner, we are supposed to have wild mushroom soup. Well, I'm not too keen on mushrooms :afraid2:, but my husband likes them. So, even though I know that tomorrow, I'm supposed to eat the soup, I'll probably have leftovers from tonights dinner (marinated mediterrian chicken).

Too Little Time

Tuesday, September 18th 2007

Time. . . . there never seems to be enough of it.

If I could get up earlier, slept less, then I'd have more time. I was up early this morning 0600 and at work by 0700. I have my work day planned out, I have my meals planned and my exercise planned. Thursday, July 26th 2007

I work in a hospital and my office is on the first floor. I have to walk by the kitchen to get to my office. Today, the kitchen was making bacon. Oh how I love bacon. The cafeteria charges 30 cents a slice. The temptation has been killing me. :bang:

I brought my cottage cheese and a fresh peach. But I want that bacon. I walked up to the second floor and did my best to avoid the cafeteria. Now, I'm back in my office with my cottage cheese and peach. I'm not really safe until 10:00. 30 m...
