Today, I cut some lilacs and bridal veil from my yard. I put them in a can (sort of looks like a milk can) and brought them in for our secretary. They looked so nice, I think I'll cut some more down for me to enjoy at home. Nothing smells as fresh and spring like as lilacs.Tuesday, April 17th 2007
I am treating today like a Monday. So far, so good. I tried to find some carrots to snack on at work. The salad bar had everything but carrots. So I grabbed the watermelon. Lunch will be a chicken breast and salad. Dinner will be something, maybe corn chowder and salad. . . or leftovers.Monday, April 16th 2007

What a weekend. We moved my son's furniture down to the basement and the office in the basement up to his room. Two flights of stairs. Up and Down. Heavy furniture. I ache all over. My arms, legs, and back.Thursday, March 15th 2007
I need to do something so that I stop feeling tired. I did not feel tired when I was in China. It is probably because I was not sitting around. My job activity level is very seditary. I sit in front of a computer, I talk on the phone (while sitting), I go to meetings (I have to walk to the meeting) and then I sit some more. Sit, sit , sit. I need to move some more so that I do not feel so tired.
