I am feeling blah. I do not want to exercise. I do not want to record my food. I do not want to do much of anything, even work. I went to the doctor yesterday and he added another blood pressure medication to my regime. I have not lost any real weight in a while. This is probably the reason for the blah.
I have an appointment with my trainer today. But I do not want to go. I know I should, but I just don't feel like it. My favorite show, Survivor, is on tonight. I'm not even excit...

Back in the Saddle. . . .
I'm back to work, I'm back to dieting, I'm back to working out. I've been gone for over a week and today I weighed in. . . I've gained (not too much of a surprise). I was hoping to maintain. I know some of it is water weight, my hands are swollen. But some of it are the fast food places that I stopped to eat along the way.
Now I face today's Christmas party and there are a few more down the road. Tomorrow, I have a lunch meeting and a wedding to attend....

San Diego has to be the nicest city. The weather here is great! It is so very nice to be back in my home town.
We went down to Horton's Plaza and had a nice lunch at Nordstroms. The weather was great. The shopping was fun. Hardly any traffic.
We went to some model homes. That was really nice. Too bad I can not afford 1.6 million dollar home. But it was nice to look.
I did a lot of walking today, at Horton's Plaza, the model homes. Time for dinner and to relax a bit....

It's Friday. Tomorrow, I leave for San Diego for a week. It will be nice to go back home. I am looking forward to leaving a place where the high is 29 degrees and going to a place where the high is in the70's and 80's.
My daughter is driving down with me. She has burned some fun CD mixes for our road trip. That should make the 11 hour drive go a little bit faster. She is fun to take on trips with.
I am hoping to maintain my weight loss over the week. The hard part will be findin...

I love meatloaf and yesterday I had some. . . . more than some, I had a lot. It was yummy, but now I have to work at getting the meatloaf off. I am up 1.5 pounds from yesterday. My hands are swollen, so maybe half a pound is water weight. My sugars were up this morning too. . . 130. So, today, I will eat my yogurt and cheese for breakfast, clementines for a snack, and talipia for lunch, and a grilled chicken breast, salad, and greenbeans for dinner.
I should workout, but I'm not really...
