Last night I signed up for CK with the help of my husband
I thought this is it. My chance to better my health. I have been struggling with my weight for 5 years. I have always worked a full time job and could maintain a decent weight but when I was pregnant with our last child I stayed home and been a stay at home mom since. That is where it all began. Don't get me wrong, I know with all my heart how blessed I am to be home with the kids and be here when my husband gets home, but for some reason I gained so much weight. I am not so sure how that could happen. I mean with the schedule I have I am always running. I have three kids and they are all involved in alot.
Anyway, now is my chance to change all of that. No more excuses! My husband has been doing CK for quite some time now and with his help and support I know I can do this.
Well, stay tuned.

Hi Dawn! Congratulations for making your first step toward your goal of a healthier lifestyle. I was a stay at home mom and it was HARD! Physically and mentally (Now I work from home and my mom who lives downstairs watches both kids.) Gaining weight is easy to do! Especially when you have taken the focus off of yourself and placed it onto your new little one. I look forward to your SUCCESS story!!!!

Hee hee, I knew you were the other half, too! And I can totally relate to the growing waist that comes with being s SAHM. I love being home, but grazing all day is much easier when all I have to do is open a cupboard. Good luck!

Welcome Dawn, my wife is starting as well (not at CK but at WW.) Should make it easy to do it as a family. I too knew it was Scott's wife from the name.
