I woke up this morning to a beautiful sunny day. That just makes my heart so happy. It puts me in the best mood. Tomorrow is suppose to be even warmer, 72. Wahoo!

Today I went with my son's pre-k class to Imagination Quest. It was fun. It's a childrens touch museum. They had so much fun. I loved watching Aaron play with all his friends. Of course I took lots of pictures. We just got home about 20 minutes ago. So I figured I write in my blog before the other 2 get home.

I weighed in this morning and I lost another pound. I just love to see those numbers go down. What a great feeling.
Last night for dinner Scott cooked.....Lime Chicken soft tacos. OMG! They were outstanding. I'll tell him to post the recipe. It is worth making.

This week my daughter has the 6th grade state tests. UGH! They sent home a list of words that they may see on the test. When I saw the list, my initial thought was, are you kidding. When will they use these words? It's crazy! My son's 3rd grade class have theirs next week.


My son, Aaron, 5yrs.old, came to me and told me he put a hole in the exercise ball. I asked him, "what should mommy do?" He said, "give me a spanking." I said no, "I don't want to spank you." I asked him "What would Jesus do?" He said.......".forgive." LOL! How can I possibly be mad. He is so funny.

This week we've been reading the book of James from the Bible w/ the kids. I figured they have been not so nice some days to each other and I thought what better book to read then James. I really enjoy reading and the discussion we have afterwards. It brings us closer as a family.

Well, I need to go and get the kids from the bus.
