View DAWNNSCOTT's food & exercise for this day
Today I woke up to snow. I was like, are you kidding me. We had a Noreastern that started Saturday evening and is still going strong! I felt bad sending Kayla to school but she has orchestra today and is practicing for a competition so she needs to be there.
I let Jacob stay home today because he was up until 1:45am because of the storm and I felt bad because he was so upset and tired. He has only missed 1 day of school thus far and I thought it's ok to stay home.
If Kayla didn't need to be at orchestra I would have let her stay home too
Anyway, This afternoon I have worship practice at 4:15pm. It will be fun. I love it. Then I have a meeting at church at 8pm. Ugh! Tomorrow I am practicing at church for my friends wedding. I am so happy so asked me to sing. What an honor.
I just came across an ad about a recording studio in the next town over from me. I thought that was great. I have always wanted to make a demo just for the fun of it. Scott said if I send it out and something comes of it, he gladly quit his job and be my manager and stay w/ the kids

He's so cute.
We are still back and forth about where to send Kayla for junior high school. Do we send her to the Christian or public school? My friend called the other day(her daughter goes to the J.H. public school) and I asked her so many questions about the school. I told her all the horrible things I heard. She says her daughter loves the school and she has never heard of the things I have mentioned???UGH! What to do, what to do??
Well, I should go. I need to get myself motivated.
Have a good day and stay warm

What an honor being asked to sing at your friend's wedding. That's wonderful! I considered sending my sons to a private school (I never did) and I asked my pediatrician for advice. He said why not try the public school and if you encounter problems, switch to the private school. My sons went through public school ok, but that is your own decision and you have to do what is right for you and your family!

SNOW! YUCK!
:n: I hope that I have seen the last of it. Good luck with your choice of school for your daughter. Maybe you should take a tour of both just to get an idea. I hope that your snow has melted and that you are having a wonderful day!
