Today I did a bunch of stuff here and there. After the kids got done school we headed to the gym.Workout~ Elliptical - 45 minutes- 420 calories and 3.22 miles
I am so hungry right now. But I need to be good. I got on the scale today and......UGH!!! The Easter weekend killed me. I actually mean to say "I" blew it
It is so amazing how quick we can gain the weight but it takes so long to lose it!!
Any how, I am NOT willing to gain back that weight!!!!

Today was a little crazy. My daughter has a field trip today so she wanted to run the the store to get a disposable camera. So I got my son off to school and she got herself ready and then I get a phone call from a friend to see if I could take her 2 to school as well. Today is a great day. I am down to .....190. Holy cow! I got on the scale 3 times to make sure. I can't believe it. I am so excited. I was hoping to be down 15 by next week because I see my cardiologist and I wanted him to be happy about my weight loss. So, hopefully he will be.Tomorrow is Jacob's 9th birthday and we are taking him to a Phantoms Ice hockey game. Afterwards, there is a concert by Pillar(hard rock Christian band). He is so excited. Today is very rainy It sorta bums me out. I love the sunshine. So, today we are just gonna chill and watch some movies. I just took my little guy to the doctors and he had 4 shots. Poor thing. He was very brave though. He didn't cry. I told him I was very proud of him.
