Last night after church, Kayla and I had a great chat. I am so happy that she comes to me and asks questions. I know a lot of 12 y/o girls who don't and I know I am blessed that Kayla does. This age is so important. I told her I was happy to answer any question she had. Today is bright and sunny and in the high 70's. It's fabulous!I had this thought....if I had enough money to afford a live in chef, I could be thinner
Sometimes it's so hard to get the extra time to prepare meals for the week with such a busy schedule. Sometimes I just throw things together

Ok, This weekend was bitter sweet. We had lots of fun in Md. but we ate way too much!! It surely tasted so good going in but by Sunday afternoon I felt so sick. I am so mad at myself for allowing so much food enter my mouth. But today is a new day.I had my shredded wheat for breakfast and maybe a salad for lunch. Well the sun is out a bit but it is warm. I love it. I opened my windows this morning and it felt so nice.I am headed into Aaron's class for the Easter party. It's going to be fun.
I got up this morning and weighed and I was down a pound. That makes me very happy. I am hoping to drop a total of 15 before I go to my cardiologist in April. I know he'll be pleased with that.

Today was a little busy. I am trying to get laundry all done before tomorrow.Scott and I are heading to Maryland for a BBQ, Beer and Bourbon festival this weekend. My brother in law(dzewski) got tickets for his birthday and we were asked to join him and his wife(hzewski). We haven't had a weekend away in a couple years. So we are looking forward to it.
