Last week Scott was away and of course I was as busy as ever. The week seemed to drag on. But I was super happy to have him home with us.<Children>

He was talking about being positive with yourself and everyone else. He was saying if you have a negative mind set you are setting your self up for bad things. He said if we have a positive outlook on things, great things could come of it.

Well, Scott left yesterday. It was hard. I know he isn't to too far but not having him home is rough. we have never been apart this long. We have been together for 15 years and I think the longest we've been apart was a weekend. But we'll be fine and hopefully it will pass quickly.I am soooo tired today. I did push myself and go to the gym. I may do something on demand tonight, we'll see. I am in process of folding a huge mountain of laundry. If my children ever say they have nothing to...

Well I got up and weighed in and lost one more. I was kinda bummed but one is better then none My cardiologist called yesterday and told me he wants me to start a low dose of Crestor. So hopefully this works. He said my chol. prob is genetic. So.....we'll see how it goes.
Today my daughter's class went to the Franklin Institute. She was pretty excited. They are visiting the King Tut area. I wanted to go but there wasn't anything sent home stating that they need any help from th...

This morning was going good until I got a call from the doctor"s office. The nurse called to tell me that my chol. was high. Now I have been off Lipitor ( chol. med.) for about 2 1/2 months because it was damaging my liver. Anyway, I tried fish oil pills. Well, it didn't work for me. So here is the conversation with the nurse.Dawn, your chol. is way too high. Are you watching what you eat? Are you on a diet? You need to be on medicine like, now.
