Today has been tough. I'm pretty hungry and I'm really trying to deal with the food cravings but it is NOT EASY. Ive only eating about 1200 calories a day and i went grocery shopping today which was good and got a lot of healthier choices for food so i'm pretty excited about that. My next step is I need to start working out. I'm not going to lie, I miss working out and I can't WAIT to start, but i'm just too lazy to actually go to the gym and I'm scared to find out truly how out of shape I am. I guess we all have to start somewhere! So tomorrow, I am committing myself to getting up before 11 and go work out. I need to get off my ass. I'm sure it will give me more energy.
I just bought a scale today and i was like WOW, have I really gained this much weight?! Mind you, I had already eaten so my weight was bound to be a smidge off, but GEE WHIZ! When they said yo yo dieters gain weight back TWICE as fast, they werent joking! So I went to Qdoba today and I got a naked burrito w/o beans and with light cheese & sour cream & it was TONS more fulfilling then with the tortilla and stuff! I was pretty excited. So, I've only been doing this since...Friday and i'd have to say i think i've been pretty successful. I think I can really do it this time. My goal is to lose 100 pounds by September 1, 2007. 4 days down, 361 more to go! Until next time...
