I weighed in today and I was down about two pounds. yes, that is good considering you should average around 2 pounds per week, but i guess it's kind of frustrating that the weight isn't falling off as fast as it did in the past. I know a huge part is becasue I don't have mandatory two-hour basketball practice 6 days a week. That there burned like 1500 calories daily. Now, my workouts are buring 500 - 800 calories each and it's causing the weight to come off slowly. It's kind of disheartening. I guess i just need to realize that the 2 pounds a week will eventually add up to me reaching my goal in a year. I just need to stay motivated. I don't want to quit and i'm not going to, maye I just need to burn more calories. Maybe I'm actually doing OK and I'm just being too hard on myself. I mean I'm eating MUCH better and i am exercising regularly. I'm just going to keep my head up and not sweat the small stuff.
