This morning, my best friend/diet companion was like "we're going to work out today" and I was like "eh, we'll see. If we do, it'll be light". I figured, we worked out yesterday, why push it today? Well, we ended up going to the fitness center at school and I had an amazing workout that put me in great spirits. I felt really good doing EVERYTHING, and it was weird because when i got off the elliptical, I was smiling and just feeling FABULOUS! I love the elliptical. Once the new fitness center opens in a few weeks, we decided that we would start going to boxing classes so we can change things up. I am feeling so good and so motivated. I weighed myself this mornin and I was 288 and that means I've lost SIX pounds so far! My goal is to get to at least 286 by weigh in day. I feel so good and I am SO happy that my best friend is doing this with me because we rally motivate each other. She and I are around the same weight so its very competitive and motivating around the apartment!

On a side note, I just feel really good today. I'm trying to stay OFF the scale but it's hard because you want to see the benefits of your efforts. I'll have to find a better hiding spot for it. (-: Well, i'm on my way to the store for some CABBAGE (i'm all broccoli'd out) Toodles!
