Hum de dum. No reason to write today. I've REALLY been craving Chinese Food lately. I just feel like I have not been eating right. It's like, i eat a lot, and i'm like, "is this too much?!" I mean, yes, I'm losing weight (appx 12 lbs in 3 weeks) but am I eating too much?! Well, I guess if i'm losing i shouldn't complain! Anywho, i'm trying to cut back on carbs (I LOVE me some carbs) but ya know, gotta do what u gotta do! PLUS! ONE MORE THING! I'm trying to drink more water and thats actually done wonders in curbing my appetite. Maybe I'll have a big loss this week considering im drinking more water! I'm eating better though and that's all that matters.
I'm also trying to cut back on weighing myself daily but I get so anxious and I want to see where i am daily. I dunno, i'm sure i'll develop a healthier relationship with my scale soon enough. I keep going up and down though with motivation. One day I'm like, "I can do this" and the next day I'm like "i'm going to fail". I NEED TO GET FAIL out of my vocabulary. I'm actually feeling good though. I feel A LOT better. I'm starting to have more energy, I see a slight slendering in my face, I feel good! Now, if only i could get a date. (-:
