So I posted on the Lots to Lose forum yedterday because I was fairly aggravated with the whole weight loss thing. Needless to say, a lot of the people gave me some great advice and it really reinvigorated me! Truth of the matter is, I feel great now. I don't have as much bak pain, my feet dont hurt in the morning, and I feel much better. I'm seeing results and I don't feel so out of control anymore. I feel empowered by my life to do better by myself and for others. I'm thinking about starting a program next Xmas season that is kind of like a "secret santa" for underpriviledged kids who don't have school supplies or clothes and I'm trying to figure out how to start! I think one of the ways I can reward myself is by rewarding others. That would make me feel better than anything I could do for myself. Anywho, I just did some caliesthenics (sP) and I am TIRED. Im still going to go to the weight room and do a little bit of Arc Trainer (which I love and hate so much). I am inspired! I feel good. As Whitney Houston says, I AM THE QUEEN OF THE NIGHT. Hahaha I love listening to that song when I work out.

SO! Calorie Kingers let me tell you about my workout class today! I went to a BOSU training class just for kicks. I didn't think it would be anything hard (after all, it was only a campus fitness class) so I had just gotten done doing 30 minutes on the arc trainer and headed straight to the class.WELL! Can I just say that I nearly passed out -literally?! IT was so hard and I found out that my core is WEAK! I was so exhausted that by the end, I was freezing cold and dizzy and lightheaded (i know, not healthy) but I was already the only fat girl in the class, I didn't want to be fat AND pass out so I really tried to keep it together so I didn't embarass myself! So, today I did 30 minutes of Calisthenics, 30 minutes on the Arc Trainer, AND had a 50 minute BOSU training class. FELT GOOD, but that sure did poop me out! Anywho, I hope these workouts propel me to a great weigh in Thursday!
