Day 4 of 142
245.2 this AM. I was pretty happy about that. I had a feeling that's what the scale would say this AM too. Last night at my 2nd job I made an effort to get a lot of out that "work out" while i was there. I have to go in today before class BOOO. I had a dream about ex last night that made me sad when I woke up. I'm trying so hard guys! I really am! It's just tough when you miss it soooooo much. I think it would be easier if ex didn't let me know they still have feelings for me. Maybe I just need to forget about the fact that they still have feelings for me and still want to be with me one day and just not stress it. I've got weight to lose dammit! Every time i think about my weight, I think i'm still at 250-something, so then when I realize i'm in the 240's its a nice surprise. Just trying to hang steady til Thursday.

So Aldo was OK. My manager told me she was sad I was leaving (probably because she saw that i had actually made her life a lot easier the way I organzied the stock room today) so it was OK. I was sweating, so I think I may have burned some calories while I was there, but w/o an HRM, the world may never know! I set up an appt to get my car looked at Friday, so now I at least know i will get it fixed. Hopefully I just need a tuneup. I am feeling better than earlier luckily. I have great friends and family that are always here to pick me up. Tomorrow (unfortunately) I have to go to Aldo AGAIN so if I want to workout before weigh-in, I'm going to have to get up at the butt crack of dawn. I think I'm going to have to. GROSS. I guess I'll have to just get up early. YOU GOTTA DO WHAT YOU GOTTA DO! Tomorrow Harry Belafonte is going to be at my school and I am pretty excited to see him in person. I've done some research on him and I am excited! Ok, I gotta log this food & do some hw. Holla!
