Day 11 of 142
Much better eating day than yesterday. Last night I had a great workout. It made me feel tons better and I was DETERMINED to not let my food choices ruin my workout. I purposely didn't get close to net. I had to set a stopping point for myself. i don't think I'll get a chance to work out tonight, but I think I will do well in keeping my eating under control. So I think I am getting back on track. Weigh in this am was 245.7 which was great! It had to have been salt and water combined. If I can just get to 245.0 by Thursday, I'l be OK with that. Anything less would be an added bonus. Anywho, I have my bio:food lab AND spanish today. BOOOO! Oh well, such is life. Hopefully I'll get a chance to right later! Lata!

Yea, I'm back. Bio lab was STUPID as usual. We tested milk for fat, sugar, and protein. I dunno, it just seemed kinda dumb to me. Our next lab is pretty funny though. We have to log our food and activity for three days. THREE WHOLE DAYS! Some people were like "Gasp, LOGGING MY FOOD?! WHAT IS ACTIVITY?!" It was just funny to see the panic in their faces. I think I may just print off my CK pages and bring them to class. HA! I'm one step ahead of everyone. I guess the idea is to see how much you need to function, and all that hoopla. Ya know, every day stuff for us CKers.

Tomorrow is going to be a long one. I hate Mondays and Wednesdays. I have a Spanish test on Thursday and a Bio test on Friday. Wahoo. I hate studying. I have been battling this cold for the past week: It's gross. Just sneezing on people that walk by. OK, gross question to anyone who reads. Have you ever sneezed and accidentally farted?! I've done that too many times (not recently of course). Every time I sneeze though I pray the fiber doesn't come and kick me in the a$$ and just blurt out something raunchy. LoL sorry, I'm gross. Anywho, time to waste some time before clase! ADIOS!
