Ugly Saturday

Day 8 of 142Pic is of my quasi-new haircut & me enjoying an apple SIMULTANEOUSLY!! I was eating it while I did my hair. Actually, I like it so much it may be my new profile pic! lol
So today is an ugly Saturday. It's misty/raining outside which is never fun. I am having a great day though! My 50 lb reward was to get a new shirt, but because of my $$ situation I decided maybe I shouldn't get one. Well, then, I was combing my hair this AM and I was shedding like a dog in winter so...

What a day and its not even over!! So this AM, I woke up around 9 and I felt lazy just laying in bed, so I decided to go work out to get it out of the way so i wouldn't have any excuses for not doing it later. I did 40 mins on the elliptical and, as always, i PUSHED IT TO THE LIMIT! I have been loving the elliptical lately!! It was a great "run" nonetheless. Then, I came back and ate ham, eggs, & toast for breakfast & it was OH SO YUMMY! I went to class and nearly fell asleep (...I DID IT! MINUS 50!!!

Day 6 of 142I AM MINUS 50 LBS!!! Ahh!! Let me tell you, I weighed myself 6 times this AM! #1) 246.6. #2) 244.8 #3) 244.8 (post toothbrushing) #4 -#6) 245.4 Yay! I'm nearly halfway there!!! I dont know, I'm not as excited as I think I was before today, but I mean I guess I'm pumped. I mean minus 50 is a big deal. That's a lot of weight - esp. in 4 flippin months! I have already told myself it will probably take 6-8 months to lose 50 lbs again, but in the back of my head, i hope to be...

Day 5 of 142246.0 This AM. THATS COOL BY ME! Then after I brushed by teeth I was 245.8. I guess the plaque was weighing pretty heavily on my teeth. LoL Anywho, so today has been a good day so far. I have to figure out how i am going to eat lunch in between class AND going to see Harry Belafonte. I'm excited to see him. Day 4 of 142245.2 this AM. I was pretty happy about that. I had a feeling that's what the scale would say this AM too. Last night at my 2nd job I made an effort to get a lot of out that "work out" while i was there. I have to go in today before class BOOO. I had a dream about ex last night that made me sad when I woke up. I'm trying so hard guys! I really am! It's just tough when you miss it soooooo much. I think it would be easier if ex didn't let me know they still have feelings...
