Pic of my new hair cut that I just got an hour ago. I 
it. 
I think this weekend I effortlessly ate all of the foods I've missed. Seriously. Even some I didn't even care about! Wow. I ate and drank WAYYY too much. I haven't even stepped on the scale yet to see the damage. I feel like a fat cow but it's OK because I can at least acknowledge the mistakes and just move forward. I want to lose 5 more lbs before I leave for STL and POSSIBLY get to 230 before I go. I'll weigh tomorrow to see the damage and what exactly " -5" means. Oh well.
Today I need to go get my hair chopped off because it's breaking and falling out like crazy. The relaxer I just used RUINED my hair. So, it's time to go shorty short again! It's all good. I just wish I didn't have to spend the money, but oh well. Hopefully this will be easier to manage. Ppl always say short hair is easier to manage but I never understood how. Well, I guess if you only have to start styling to at the top it is easier!! I'll post a pic once I get back from the hair place.
I'm a smidge hungover today but I'll make it! The pic today is of me visiting the McDemons. I'll have to print this one and put it on my board to remind me NOT to visit them anymore! LoL I'll write more later when the room isn't spinning. And I'm at work. Great, huh? Later!!

Great before and after pics! You look great! I love the short do. I just cut my hair short as well. It is easier to handle.

Oh I hate weekends like that! But what a good attitude you have about it. You're right, learn from your mistakes and move on. One "bad" weekend does not undo all the hard work you have done. I love the new after pic
