I needed to add this tidbit:

I hate little kids on those damn roller shoes!!! Whoever invented them should be shot. I hate when I'm in the store (or in this case, the student union) and they glide around on that one FREAKIN SKATE! Who teaches this kids to roller walk/skate?! I think you should be an experienced walker (experience = 7+ years of walking) and potty trained for at least 6 years before you should be considered for those damn shoes. I hate them. They are the worst invention ever and every time i see a little snot glide by me in some ice skating double twirl formation, I wanna throw a stick in front of them. SHOES ARE NOT MEANT TO HAVE WHEELS! THAT'S WHAT ROLLER SKATES ARE FOR DUMBY!!

Weigh in was fabulous today! 231.8 I wasn't expecting that at all. I told myself I'd be content with 232.5 or 232. I mean being in the 231s is GREAT! It's crazy, 2 more lbs I'll be in the 220s!! Crazy.

So, as my previous blogs have suggested, I'm having a difficult time in being outwardly proud of my accomplishments. I just don't want others to feel uncomfortable or like I'm "throwing it in their face" because that's not the case at all. I dunno, I think I'm overthinking it for the time being. Maybe when I'm -80 we'll revisit this

Anywho, so today is a good day! I look semi-decent, I got a great night's sleep, and I am looking forward to today. A week from today I will be heading home to my mommy !!! I can't wait. Then next Friday I will be going to see my dad! Yay. Just a few finals & papers and we'll be good to go.

So I didn't write much about this, but on Tuesday I went to see Rosie Perez and she discussed female sterilization in Puerto Rico and it was kind of interesting. I can't help but feel like "celebrities" are always less than excited to be in small areas of Ohio. When I was at Wittenberg, Nick Cannon came and a friend of mine who was back stage told me he "couldn't wait to leave". Oh well, she was very funny and had a personality out of this world. She actually reminded me of myself. Very bubbly, outspoken, and genuine. I enjoyed it. Deep down, one of the things that interest me is activism and community service, and one of my goals has been to become more involved in volunteer work and in various organizations, so hopefully the CA job will allow me to do that.

There are a lot of great things to look forward to and I am feeling SO grateful today! Life is FABULOUS and there are just so many things I have to be proud of in my life that have NOTHING to do with me! Sure I wish I could change/eradicate some things, but for now, I'll just stay easy and breezy in OH. I you fabulous CK people!! You guys my world!!!
