10 days til Retirement AKA my 22nd!

Um yea, so I am shelling out $700 freakin bucks to get my car fixed. Thank God I got my refund today. I'm not really mad because I can actually afford it right now, but (as Chris Rock's SNL character would say) GOOD LAWD that's a lot of money! I think I'm going to have to rethink getting my hair done and just stick to the nails & get a cute outfit and call it a DAY! It's alright though. All i know is - as the Ruby Tuesday commercial says (kinda) - this car better "eat like steak and cut like butter." I can't wait to get a new car next year.

Enough of my rant...

Not too much going on here. Yesterday my workout was poo because TOM started to come and make his presence while I was working out. After I finished the Arc Trainer, I was set to do my 15minutes on the tready but I knew I needed to hurry home and take some medicine before I claimed "the worst cramps ever". I crack myself up sometimes, every time I feel a cramp, it's always "the worst cramps ever." I'm such a puss when it comes to cramps.

Last night I talked to my mom and dad for a combined 2 hours! I had such a good conversation with my dad. He really made me feel hopeful about being in college and getting the most out of my degree. I'm so glad things are going well for us. I think back at how much I despised him and I just felt so ugly inside then. I feel complete now. I have two parents. I enjoy growing up.

I finally got my refund today!! When I checked my balance this morning, I let out a "holy hell that's alotta money!" So I'm going to get my cabooskey to take my car to the shop and then later...well...WHO KNOWS?! PARTY! I took over someone's duty tomorrow which is a TOTAL BUMMER considering I want to get my hair relaxed and cut this weekend! Maybe I can get an appt early enough tomorrow morning or on Sunday. I need to get my hair done. It looks like hell.

Other than bleeding like I got shot, everything is cool over here [sorry, i know TMI]. I get out of these damn office hours in 15 minutes (wahoo!). I made the cutest signs for my program on Thursday, I'm so excited! I hope there's a better turn out than last time! Alright, gotta get myself ready to gizzo. Later gators!!
