Oh how I've missed you all! Well, I technically came back into town on Sunday night, but I spent yesterday riding around with my mom & eating my life away so I was almost borderline ashamed to come to CK! Anywho, I just got in from the WORST gym imaginable (Brook Park - no offense - is the most non-progressive, ignorant city I've EVER lived in) after being stared at like a freak of nature (and no, I promise I'm not overreacting). SPRING BREAK IS FINALLY HERE!!!This week has been full of craziness! In between a 3 hour staff meeting on Monday, moving into my new apt, trying to get re-acquainted with my residents - oh yea - and FINALS, things have been incredibly hectic. But luckily, IT'S SPRING BREAK!! My eating has been kinda crazy the past few days but nothing too overboard. I finally finished moving in today and I am SO excited! I have met a few of my residents so far while I was moving and it has just been a great (although exhausting) day. I am feeling incredibly positive about this! Tomorrow, I have to schedule my office hours for next quarter, take my 2 finals (!) and then pack to go home to my black mama!!! Yay! i am feeling totally overwhelmed! Today I woke up and scheduled my meeting with the Res Services director for tomorrow.
I was kinda hoping I could start moving my stuff tonight & finish tomorrow, but I guess I'll just have to do it all tomorrow

This weekend has been interesting.Friday I found out I will be starting the CA position when I get back from Spring break as opposed to next year. I guess what happened was they placed me in a spot they figured would probably be empty at the end of spring quarter because the old CA got a new job so they wanted me to fill in.
