That was the random though that came to mind when I saw Title. I am soo tired! I had an interesting workout today. It wasn't anything exciting, but it wasn't easy. I was really tired before I got there but somehow I managed to do my hour of Cardio. When I was doing my 10 minute jog, I was pooped on the last minute, but somehow I managed to finish it, even though I held the side rails a few times! Oh well, I finished and that's all that matters.

Last night, I had a crazy "binge". I hate that word for some reason. Anywho, for some reason, I was just hungry!!!. I ate, along with my dinner of chicken "alfredo" (it wasn't really, it was the healthy version), two weight watchers ice cream cups, two tacos, & a piece of sausage with syrup. I dunno what happened. I was so tired after my workout, I just felt the need to eat! This AM, I was 231.6 so luckily my "binge" didn't negate my workout.

I am SOOO ready to be out of the 230s!! I've been yoyoing like crazy. I'll eat well & exercise for a few days, then I'll fall off for a few days, and the cycle just continues. I need to get on the ball!!!. I can do this. I can do this. I can do this.

Anywho, I'm tired. OH! So, I am officially a Calorie King Success Story!! Whoda thunk it?!?! I've never been a "success story" before. It's pretty cool.
